Plan Meet My Favorite Actor

I have some plan if I meet my favorite actor, Rain.       My name is Ilham Noveri. I have an idol and my idol is Rain. Rain is the actor that comes from Seoul. He is multitalented person that I have known. He is professional singer, dancer, and actor. I love him very much. I want to meet him and I believe one day I would meet with him. If I can meet him, I have some plan that I want to do with him. I will talk with him many things. I will show him how much I liked him. I admire all of his performance. I like the story about the struggles of his life to be a superstar.
After that, I am going to take many pictures together with him. I will take a trip with him to Jeju island. In there, we can make a joke and laugh together all the time. All of things I want to do with him. I hope my dream will come true. I am going to be grateful for God if I can meet Rain.

Say No to Soda, Yes to Healthy Drinks
Sodas are sweet, sparkling and tasty — but don't confuse them with a healthy drink. Doctors have discovered a ton of health risks connected with drinking soda pop. Worse, you're robbing yourself of a healthy drink alternative brimming with needed vitamins and minerals every time you chug down a soft drink.
"If you're choosing a soda, chances are you aren't choosing a healthy beverage," says Keri M. Gans, a nutrition consultant in New York City and a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association. There are a number of healthy drink choices you can make instead.

Why Say No to Soda?
Soda is truly worthless to your body. "In my opinion, there's really one major reason to not drink soda," Gans says. "It has absolutely no nutritional value. Soda is filled with sugar and calories and nothing else." Even diet sodas — low to no calories and sugar — don’t have any redeeming virtues, nutritionally. Healthy drinks, on the other hand, have vitamins and minerals the body can use. Even plain water can rehydrate your body without adding extra calories to your diet.
Sugary sodas contribute to obesity and diabetes. Soda is loaded with high-fructose corn syrup, a sweetener that has been linked to obesity. Soda consumption also has been linked to the development of type 2 diabetes, both due to its sugar content and its effects on the body's hormones. And diet soda? It may not be any better. At least one study has linked artificial sweeteners, such as those used in diet sodas, to increased appetite, greater difficulty losing weight, and a harder time maintaining weight loss.
Soda damages your teeth. The sugar in soda coats your teeth, combining with bacteria in your mouth to form acid. Both regular and diet soda also contain carbolic acid through carbonation. These acids work to weaken tooth enamel, causing cavities and tooth decay.
Drinking soda can weaken your bones. Most sodas contain phosphorous and caffeine, agents that are believed to contribute to osteoporosis. Experts also worry that people consume soda in place of milk or other healthy drinks, depriving the bones of calcium.
Soda can harm your major organs. Research has demonstrated that increased soft drink consumption may be linked to chronic kidney disease, development of metabolic syndrome (a group of symptoms that add up to increased heart risk), and fatty liver, a chronic liver disease.
Healthy Drink Alternatives
Luckily, there are limitless options when choosing a healthy drink over a soda pop. Some soda alternatives include:
Water. It is the ultimate healthy drink. "It's free in every sense of the word," Gans says. "It has no calories and it comes straight from your tap."
Fruit juice. Gans urges you not to drink straight fruit juice, which contains a lot of sugar. "Drink some seltzer with a splash of juice for a little flavoring," she says. "Rather than drinking juice, eat a piece of whole fruit. You're also getting the fiber in the fruit."
Milk. This is another essential healthy drink, particularly for kids. "An 8-ounce glass of nonfat milk has 80 calories and nine essential nutrients," Gans says. "You get a lot of bang for your buck."
Tea. Whatever teas you prefer — green, black, herbal — they all have been shown to contain high levels of antioxidants, which are believed to protect the body from damage.
Powdered drink mixes. They contain no tooth-rotting carbonation, and come in sugar-free varieties. They give your sweet tooth a fix without harming your overall nutrition.
And remember that you can always cut up some fresh fruit and pop a little into a tall glass of water for an extra flavor kick. Choosing healthy drinks over soda: Give it a try. Your body will thank you.

Trip to Rinjani Mountain

Me and my friends are planning to climb Mount Rinjani in Lombok island NTB. Lingga, Dicky, Japuk, Keny, and Reta are friends who will adventure with me. We are planning a mature and terstrukstur everything. Of logistics, transportation, finance, energy, mental and prayers of parents
Logistics purchased on the island is so not too bothered. Data transport is readily available from your friends who've gone to the mountain Rinjani. We will take the train and ship to minimize costs. Because we are a true backpacker hehe. We must bring the money of 1 million dollars for this trip. Should not be less but must be due to unexpected expenses. I bring the money of 1.5 million rupiah.
Before leaving me and friends prepare physically and power by means of jogging exercise every day. But that happens we are not at all hahaha. If the advent of yourself mentally, to be confident with the ability of self. And the last is the prayer of parents.
Awaited day comes that is dated September 2, 2014. All were prepared with the respective carrier. I, Linga, and Dicky gathered kostan. Japuk and Keny wait at Pasar Senen Station, while Reta in Yogyakarta because he studied at UGM.
At 7am Dicky to kostan, he was angry at me and Linga still sleeping hehe. I immediately shower and Linga. We immediately went to Pasar Senen following Strasiun Japuk and Keny. At 10 am we arrived at Pasar Senen Station, shortly we immediately look for breakfast. At 11.30am Railway Bengawan come. Railway Bengawan is the name of the train we were riding. at 12am Railway Bengawan headed Lempuyangan Yogyakarta. We arrived at Lempuyangan Yogyakarta in the night at 9pm. After that we headed home Reta. We break until morning at 5am. We were packing belongings and drove to Lempuyangan to proceed to Banyuwangi Station.
I got to Banyuwangi at 9pm with a tired face. The trip from Yogyakarta to Banyuwangi takes 14 hours. Bayuwangi to Bali to cross by boat. Banyuwangi station near the Port of Ketapang, so I just walk to the harbor. Arriving at Gilimanuk Bali at 1 am, we boarded the bus to the Port of Padangbai to cross to the island of Lombok.
Then we got in Lombok Sheet Harbour at 12 am. Long story short we got to the foot of Mount Rinjani at 6 pm. My friend and I are planning to climb the mountain tomorrow. At night we rest in the village Sembalun very cold. I warmed my body by drinking real coffee.
This morning was a day that will be a lot of stories to us. Rinjani mountain climbing with beauty in possessed. Bismillahirohmanirohim climb begins with a prayer. Before climbing I also ask prayers of parents to call my mother.
First I have to reach the post 1. To achieve the first post takes 3 hours. Already 5 hours passed I have not found a post 1. And it turns out I wrong way. We turned around and ended up heading back 1 when matatahri sunset. From post 1 to post 2 takes 2 hours. Our journey followed by a large coyote. I do not know where these dogs originated. But I keep running even if there is fear and arrived in the post 2 we discuss for further walking or camping in the post 2. The decision was camping in post 2 because we were all tired. Before bed, I make the food so I can sleep in peace.
Mount Rinjani warm sunrise, I woke up from sleep due to bright sunlight. We all make breakfast for power on the second day of climbing. Having finished breakfast, we continue the journey from post 2 to the post 3. It took 3 hours to get in post 3. From 3 to Pelawangan Sembalun post where the toughest test. We had to pass through seven hills named the hill regret. "Up three steps, one step down" as that hill regret. Because the ground beneath me not brown but sand gravel. Sunset and we have not got Pelawangan Sembalun. Fatigue and fear of becoming one. They have in mind is only a question of "when to?". Pelawangan Sembalun we come. The sentence I say when I 've arrived. Glad to be able to last post Pelawangan Sembalun prior to the peak of Rinjani. We decided to stay a day in Pelawangan Sembalun.

Summit attack started at 3am. All climbers in Pelawangan Sembalun woke up for the summit attack. My goal now focus to the top of Rinjani. We brought 3 bottles of water. The journey was not easy because its foothold as in the hill regret that sand gravel. Plus exam again, our lack of water. Fortunately another climber who gave us a drink. It took seven hours to reach the top. The weather changes from cold to hot make our bodies burn. But for me blacks do not have to worry because I had black hahaha. And finally arrived at the summit at an altitude of 3,726 meters above sea rinjani. Views of the ocean clouds that look is very spacious, very beautiful segeranak lakes and plains of the island of Lombok. It all just got Indonesia. I am proud to be Indonesian.
